Sales Manager — ELV Systems

Primary sales responsibility of - Low Voltage Systems (ELV) which includes but not limited to - CCTV /

Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, SMATV, Video & Audio Intercom, Active & Passive Network Components, Structured Cabling and backbone including Fiber Network, Gate & Boom Barrier, Physical Security Systems, Wi-Fi Access Points and IT.


• Taking site surveys for migration, upgradation, retrofit job5. Prepare technical BOQ and estimation in coordination with D & E team.


• Bringing enquiries from MEP Contractors / End clients / Main Contractors / Facility Management

Companies and closely work with design & estimation team for the above said systems in accordance to the given project specification / vendor list


• Oversee / Evaluate the designed BOQ from D & E team and help preparing project submittals.


• Organize and prioritize workload and closely follow and co-ordinate with third parties (MEP/Main Contractor/End USRF/OEMs.) and fetch update on the submitted quotations; followed by attaining LPO.


• Connect and negotiate with OEM's / Suppliers / Sub-contractors to get necessary back-up quotes & cost- effective prick with the help of D & E team to win bid.


• Meeting MEP contractors / Clients to present solution proposed and provide clarifications as needed.


• Continuous follow-up and connection with OEM/Suppliers.


• Continuous follow-up with MEP and clients to check proposal Status and bring orders on time to meet assigned sales targets


• To make regular visits to the Projects and establish contacts with existing and new customers. To create » complete£' database of the assigned and new customers and follow up regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile


• 3 to 7 Yean of experience in Sales & Presale's works related to ELV Systems (CCTV / Video Surveillance,

Access Control, Intruder Alarm, SMATV, Video & Audio In1erco'm. Active & Passive Network Components. Structured Cabling and backbone including Fiber Network, Gate & Boom Barrier, Physical Security Systems, Wi-P Access Points and IT.

Qualification


• Diploma / B.E - Preferably Electrical, Electronics & Communication.


• Proficient in DPS/SIRA guidelines & regulations and Etisalat& Du (SCS} standards & approvals


• Any certification related to Networking 8t Security Systems will be advantage.


• Valid UAE striving License & Car.


• Excellent communication & negotiation stills (Written& Verbal).

Proven record Tn the UAE market.
