Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent role based in Dubai. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing the leasing process, including promoting rental properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. The role involves collaborating with property management teams, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining knowledge of the local real estate market to assist clients effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration
  • Experience in Residential Leasing and Property Management
  • Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and inquiries
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Relevant certifications or a real estate license are advantageous
