We are hiring a
Leasing & Customer Service Executive
to support our
Rent a Car operations
in Dubai. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in leasing coordination and client servicing.

Salary: 3k to 5k AED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vehicle leasing contracts, documentation, and renewals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding leasing and rental services
  • Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution in a timely manner
  • Ensure accuracy of contracts, agreements, and customer records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for vehicle availability, delivery, and returns
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in
    rent a car, leasing, or automotive customer service
    is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of leasing contracts and coordination processes
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:
