Role Overview

As a
Sales & Leasing Consultant
, you will manage
residential leasing and sales transactions
, with
leasing forming the core of your day-to-day activity
.

This role is ideal for agents who want to:

  • Build
    consistent income through leasing
  • Learn the Dubai market quickly through active deal flow

    higher-value sales and investment transactions

    hands-on support and mentorship
    , especially in the early stages, including guidance on live deals, negotiations, and closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    residential leasing inquiries
    from tenants and landlords
  • Conduct property viewings across key Dubai communities
  • List and market rental properties on major portals
  • Negotiate lease terms and tenancy agreements
  • Handle leasing documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords for repeat business
  • Support and manage
    sales transactions
    when opportunities arise
  • Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate
  • Maintain an organised pipeline using the company CRM

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, not required)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Professional appearance and client-focused mindset
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Motivated, proactive, and performance-driven
  • Strong interest in building a long-term real estate career in Dubai
  • UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
