Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Executive to support the execution of trade marketing strategies across the UAE. The role focuses on improving brand visibility, driving in-store execution, and supporting sales growth across modern trade channels within the Food & Beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing & Execution

  • Execute trade marketing plans and promotional activities across key retail channels in the UAE.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, displays, POS materials, shelf placement, and planogram implementation.
  • Support new product launches, trade campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Ensure brand standards and visibility guidelines are consistently followed in stores.

Channel & Sales Support

  • Work closely with the sales team to support sales targets and improve retail execution.
  • Coordinate with key accounts, and merchandisers and promoters to ensure timely execution of trade programs.
  • Assist in negotiating promotional spaces and in-store visibility with retailers.

Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and visibility.
  • Track promotion performance, sell-in/sell-out data, and prepare performance reports.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve trade marketing effectiveness.

Budget & Reporting

  • Assist in managing trade marketing budgets and tracking promotional spend.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on trade activities, execution, and ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of trade marketing or sales support experience, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverages.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE retail landscape (Modern Trade)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
