With global distribution across premium boutiques, selective retailers, and niche fragrance partners, the brand is expanding its operational and marketing capabilities in the Middle East.
About the Role
The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of global brand initiatives, launch plans, and marketing activations across international markets. Acting as the operational backbone of the global marketing team, this role ensures brand consistency, strong coordination with distributors, and excellence across retail, digital, and trade marketing touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Marketing Support & Coordination
- Support and coordinate global launch plans with Sales teams and international distributors.
- Distribute global toolkits and ensure all assets are delivered on time to each market.
- Align with E-commerce and Digital teams on calendar planning and asset requirements.
- Follow up on launch readiness (translations, POS materials, samples).
- Consolidate market feedback on launches and activations.
2. Asset & Toolkit Management
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date global asset library (visuals, POSM, photos, videos).
- Ensure toolkits and partner folders are easy to navigate for all regional markets.
- Coordinate with the internal Design team for local adaptations when needed.
- Support E-commerce teams with validated content and adaptations.
3. Trade Marketing Coordination
- Collect trade marketing plans from distributors using standardized templates.
- Update and maintain the global trade marketing tracker (by region and quarter).
- Follow up on activation photos, reports, and results from markets.
- Maintain visibility on offline activations, events, pop-ups, and animations.
- Support the organization and execution of brand events and trade shows.
4. Visual Merchandising & Permanent Spaces Support
- Ensure brand image consistency by reviewing photos of POS implementations.
- Monitor planogram compliance and highlight deviations when required.
- Handle special VM requests from distributors.
- Support permanent retail space projects with briefs, design follow-up, timelines, and installation oversight.
- Archive photos, feedback, and best practices to maintain a global reference library.
- Assist with A&P tracking for retail and trade activities.
5. Reporting & Best Practices
- Prepare quarterly Trade Marketing Overview decks (key activities, KPIs, visuals).
- Compile data for global performance reviews and cross-functional presentations.
- Maintain and update a best-practice library for global alignment.

The Trade Marketing Executive reports directly to the
Global Marketing Manager
, ensuring smooth coordination across Sales, NPD, E-commerce, and Design teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Regular collaboration with:
- Sales Teams
– market activations, feedback, budget tracking - NPD Team
– product information and toolkit content - Design Team
– VM adaptations and brand compliance - E-commerce Marketing Manager
– digital asset planning and deployment
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Marketing (mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in trade marketing or brand marketing (luxury fragrance/beauty is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of luxury brand codes
- Ability to manage multiple projects across regions
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and asset management platforms
- Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage
- Immediate availability required
