Previous experience as a delivery-fleet supervisor in the UAE is mandatory (Talabat, Keeta, Noon, Amazon, Deliveroo, etc.).

We're Hiring – Rider Supervisor (Delivery) | Dubai, UAE to manage and support our team of 500+ delivery riders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing rider schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work closely with riders and other operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all riders.
  • Organize rider schedules and ensure full operational coverage.
  • Monitoring the onboarding process with our partners.
  • Support rider onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to resolve delivery issues.
  • Track and report key rider performance metrics.
  • Promote rider engagement, safety, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in delivery operations or team supervision.
  • Previous experience with the onboarding process with delivery companies
  • Strong knowledge of the delivery riders performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage large teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
