Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer with a solid background in ELV, Structured Cabling, Data Center Migration, and ICT Systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team with technical expertise, solution design, proposal preparation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and provide appropriate ELV & ICT solutions
  • Prepare BOQ, technical proposals, and compliance statements for tenders and RFPs
  • Design and present solutions for systems including:
  • Structured Cabling
  • Data Center Migration
  • CCTV Systems
  • Access Control & Gate Barrier
  • Access Points & Wi-Fi Deployment
  • IP Telephony Solutions
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and solution finalization
  • Conduct site surveys and technical assessments
  • Support the Sales team during client meetings and presentations
  • Ensure solutions are compliant with industry standards and client specifications
  • Keep updated with the latest ELV & ICT technologies and market trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, or related field)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Technical Support for ELV & ICT projects
  • UAE driving license mandatory
  • Proficient in solution design and proposal writing
  • Hands-on experience with the design and integration of:
  • CCTV (IP and Analog)
  • Access Control & Gate Barriers
  • Structured Cabling (Fiber & Copper)
  • Wireless Access Points
  • IP Telephony Systems
  • Data Center Migration projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Language Proficiency:
  • English (Required)
  • Malayalam and Hindi (Required)
  • Arabic (Advantage)
