Key Responsibilities

Technical Pre-Sales Support

  • Support the sales team by preparing technical presentations, solution designs, and product recommendations.
  • Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and translate them into workable system configurations.
  • Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, quotations, and tender compliance documents.
  • Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

CAD Design & Documentation

  • Create precise AutoCAD layout drawings, civil interface drawings, and system schematics.
  • Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and installation details for all perimeter security equipment.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to finalize technical deliverables.

Product & System Expertise

Maintain strong technical knowledge of:

  • UVSS (Under Vehicle Surveillance Systems)
  • X-ray baggage scanners & walkthrough detectors
  • Automatic and manual bollards
  • Road blockers, wedge barriers, tyre killers
  • Sliding/folding gates (including crash-rated systems)
  • Gate barriers and access control

  • Perimeter fencing systems

  • Provide system integration guidance where needed (access control, PLC, safety systems, etc.).

Technical Submittals & Compliance

  • Prepare structured technical submittal packages for consultant approval.
  • Ensure full compliance with project specifications (ASTM, PAS68, IWA14 where applicable).
  • Coordinate with manufacturers for product data sheets and technical clarifications. Client, Consultant & Internal Coordination
  • Support the sales team in responding to RFI/RFQ/RFPs.
  • Assist with product demonstrations and mock-up arrangements.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth technical handover and execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
  • 2–5 years of UAE experience in pre-sales or technical roles within the perimeter security / HVM / access control industry.
  • Strong AutoCAD expertise (2D minimum, 3D preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, and mechanical interfaces related to security equipment installation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret tender specifications and drawings.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
