Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a proactive and client-oriented Real Estate Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market and a passion for helping clients make informed real estate decisions. This role involves guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through every step of the property transaction process with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct property viewings and offer insights on market conditions, pricing, and investment potential
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
  • Negotiate deals and manage documentation to ensure smooth and compliant transactions
  • Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and new developments in Abu Dhabi
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote listings and generate leads
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate advisory or sales, preferably in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
  • RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
