Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sharjah for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The selected candidate will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. They will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop employer branding strategies, and ensure an optimal candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also contribute to building a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and recruiting strategies
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring processes
  • Proficiency in Employer Branding and candidate engagement
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in the Sharjah office
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
