Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring efficient, high-quality hiring delivery.


• Develop and execute company-wide recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and Emiratisation frameworks.


• Build a strong hiring pipeline through partnerships with local universities, government entities, and training institutions.


• Oversee full recruitment cycles including manpower planning, sourcing, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding.


• Create recruitment policies, guidelines, SLAs, and KPIs to standardize hiring processes.


• Implement talent acquisition analytics to track time-to-fill, hiring quality, retention, and candidate experience.


• Strengthen employer branding through events, digital platforms, and talent community engagement.


• Advise leadership on labor market trends, workforce planning, and talent availability.


• Ensure compliance with Labour Law, Emiratisation programs, and sector-specific regulations.


• Coach and develop the TA team to improve capability and performance.

Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field.


• 7–10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 in a leadership role.


• Proven experience in the market with strong understanding of nationalization programs.


• Demonstrated ability to design and lead recruitment strategies in mid to large organizations.
