Al Mulla Carpentry, a well-established joinery and fit-out company based in Ajman, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Document Controller to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage, organize, and maintain all project documentation for joinery and fit-out works


• Control incoming/outgoing drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and correspondence


• Ensure proper document coding, filing, and version control for all technical documents


• Coordinate with project managers, production teams, and clients for timely updates


• Maintain logs for drawings, approvals, revisions, and project communication


• Prepare and update documentation reports as required


• Support the production and site team with accurate and up-to-date technical documents

Requirements:


• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Document Controller (preferably in joinery / fit-out)


• Strong knowledge of joinery drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation


• Proficient in MS Office, document control systems, and PDF editing tools


• Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


• Immediate joiners preferred
