**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret architectural plans, sketches, and specifications to create detailed joinery and architectural drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Develop shop drawings, construction documents, and technical diagrams for joinery components, cabinetry, furniture, and architectural elements.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes, industry standards, and client specifications.
- Collaborate with joinery craftsmen and production team to address design challenges, material selections, and construction methods.
- Review and revise drawings as necessary based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project correspondence.
- Assist in estimating material quantities and costs for joinery and architectural projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in joinery and architectural drafting.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in architecture, interior design, drafting technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a draftsman, preferably in joinery or architectural design, with proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong technical drawing skills, including knowledge of drafting principles, scales, dimensions, and annotations.
- Familiarity with joinery construction techniques, woodworking materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing drawings.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to joinery and architectural design.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- UAE Joinery Draftsman: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (preferred)
