We are an Established Joinery for over 2 decades looking for a well-experienced and competent **PRODUCTION MANAGER** to manage all factory related tasks.

We are into mass production of technical(Fire & Acoustic rated) timber doors certified by reputed third-party bodies for quality and compliance with manufacturing standards as well as providing interior fit-out solutions catering to high-end commercial and residential projects. Our state-of-the-art factory is located in Ajman and all the machinery as well as personnel required to run an efficient joinery operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the overall performance of the production unit & the workers.
- Optimization of the material and manpower used to reduce wastage.
- Overseeing inventory management with the concerned departments in the organization.
- Coordinating and closely working with production department heads and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes of factory workers.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production related issues.
- Responsibility to track critical production line issues and provide resolution to ensure completion of work in line with stipulated project deadlines.
- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established standards.
- Preparing optimized daily production program considering all constraints for senior management review and approval.
- Ensuring that factory premise is organized, and machinery is in working condition at all times.
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
- Assisting HR in the hiring of new workers.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in working at **Fit-out or Joinery** firm as production manager or equivalent.
- Must be able to read as well as execute **AutoCAD** **drawings** and if needed improvise to arrive at a more cost-effective solution. Working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of raw materials such as all wood species and related products, ironmongery, and all material pertinent to the fit-out industry.
- Sound knowledge of relevant machinery for a full fledge joinery operation as well as industry-standards when it comes to manpower utilization and labor productivity.
- The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, or related fields.

**Salary**: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
