We are seeking a native Arabic-speaking Administrative Officer with an excellent English accent and strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills. This role supports the Vice President and involves managing departmental coordination, government airspace permissions, and professional client interactions.

The ideal candidate is a female professional, fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written), with a polished appearance, proactive mindset, and the ability to learn quickly about sales, operations, and aviation-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between the Vice President and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and departmental priorities efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage official communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise with UAE authorities and relevant entities for obtaining government  permissions and operational approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, regulatory compliance, and approval records.
  • Learn and apply basic workflows, terminologies, and procedures related to aviation operations.
  • Professionally represent the department during client or government meetings when required.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide administrative assistance for travel, procurement, and project coordination.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate, native Arabic speaker with excellent English pronunciation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in administration, coordination, or executive support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proven experience in document control, reporting, and formal business correspondence.
  • Ability and eagerness to learn technical and operational topics.
  • Prior experience with UAE government permissions and approval processes is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
  • Familiarity with UAE business culture, etiquette, and government communication protocols.
