Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Prepare, organize, and submit tender documents and related correspondences.
  • Handle daily office administration and maintain proper filing and documentation.
  • Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to gather required project data.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, technical submittals, and compliance forms.
  • Track ongoing projects, update reports, and support management in progress reviews.
  • Draft official letters, memos, and reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with 2–5 years of experience in project coordination / tender coordination / office administration.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Knowledge of tendering procedures and project documentation is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Immediate joiners preferred (visit or cancelled visa acceptable).
