Office Administrator cum Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
- Prepare, organize, and submit tender documents and related correspondences.
- Handle daily office administration and maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to gather required project data.
- Assist in preparing quotations, technical submittals, and compliance forms.
- Track ongoing projects, update reports, and support management in progress reviews.
- Draft official letters, memos, and reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with 2–5 years of experience in project coordination / tender coordination / office administration.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Knowledge of tendering procedures and project documentation is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Immediate joiners preferred (visit or cancelled visa acceptable).
