Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator cum Customer Support position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-centric Office Administrator cum Customer Support professional to be the backbone of our operations. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinate maintenance
jobs efficiently, and support the management and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow and
high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience (1-2 years minimum, preferably in a maintenance, facility management or real estate environment in the UAE) in an office administrator customer service role.
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written. Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Tagalog, Hindi) is strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required. Familiarity with CRM or service desk ticketing systems is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment are a must.
- A professional and friendly demeanor, customer-oriented approach, and strong problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
