Job Description
This opportunity is part of AECOM's Fursa Program and open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a valid family book.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Civil Engineer to join our team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing transportation infrastructure projects that enhance mobility and safety in our rapidly growing region.

• Develop and manage transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, roads, and public transit systems
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for proposed transportation projects
• Create detailed engineering designs and drawings using advanced CAD software
• Perform structural analysis and calculations for transportation-related structures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration and compliance with local regulations
• Prepare technical reports, project specifications, and cost estimates
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
• Implement sustainable and innovative solutions in transportation design and planning
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil transportation engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on transportation projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar CAD software
• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and structural analysis software
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, traffic engineering, and highway design principles
• Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and sustainable design practices
• Excellent project management skills and experience with project management software
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• LEED AP certification is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
