About the Role

Gilani Mobility is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic-speaking professional with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in mobility products and solutions. A valid UAE driving license is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Gilani Mobility products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to clients.
  • Identify potential leads and follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and visits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales department.
  • Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for product deliveries and installations.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Arabic Speaker (Fluent) – mandatory.
  • Immediate joiner – preferred.
  • Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in mobility products, medical equipment, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, CRM tools, and basic reporting.
