We are looking for an Operational Manager Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry. The candidate must have strong communication skills and be able to support daily operational tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Operational Manager with day-to-day activities
- Coordinate with factory teams, drivers, and suppliers
- Monitor production schedules and follow up on job orders
- Maintain records, reports, and basic documentation
- Handle customer communication when needed
- Support operational planning and workflow management
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in furniture manufacturing industry
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Urdu
- Basic computer skills (Emails, MS Excel, WhatsApp communication)
- Ability to multitask and handle operational pressures
- Must be an immediate joiner
- Organised, responsible, and reliable personality
Salary & Benefits
- AED 2,500 – 4,000 per month (based on experience)
- Other benefits as per UAE labour law
Job Type: Full-time
