We are looking for
Vice President – Sales
that will lead the overall sales function at Lapis Properties, shaping strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring superior client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in real estate leadership, strategic planning, and team management, with the ability to align sales initiatives with the company's growth objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define pricing, product positioning, and sales goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and collective targets.
  • Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and incentive structures to drive productivity.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of sales personnel.
  • Supervise all aspects of the sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure and client retention.
  • Manage relationships with brokers, agents, corporate clients, and institutional investors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Support international sales expansion and overseas investor relations.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a developer or large brokerage.
  • Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market and current RERA regulations.
  • Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
