Role Overview
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns across multiple platforms — Meta, Google, and beyond. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of performance marketing, automation, and data analytics.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Expert based in Jaipur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to meet business goals. Typical responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, crafting comprehensive marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, creating engaging content, and coordinating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage ROI-focused digital marketing campaigns

Create & monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media campaigns

Optimize ad performance using analytics and A/B testing

Manage content calendars, social media pages, and brand presence

Set up CRM and automation workflows (bonus if you know tools like Zapier, WhatsApp API, etc.)

Generate detailed performance reports and growth insights

Qualifications/Requirements
Proficiency in Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and Social Media Marketing

Strong Communication and Sales skills, with the ability to engage and convert target audience

Knowledge of analytics tools and digital marketing platforms, with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Ability to create compelling content and manage multi-channel marketing campaign

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fiel

Experience in digital marketing, preferably in a hybrid or remote settings

Adaptability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment

Proven experience in digital marketing (agency or brand side)

Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics

Strong understanding of sales funnels, targeting, and retargeting

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Knowledge of automation tools is a plus
