We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, coordinating with clients, ensuring timely communication between teams, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency and success of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, activities, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and monitor leads and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related correspondence.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to client inquiries.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative and operational support.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
  • Follow up with clients for payments, feedback, and repeat business.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in sales tracking and reporting is a plus.
