We are seeking a high-grit, results-driven Logistics Operations Manager to lead our motorcycle delivery fleet. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our rider force, from high-volume recruitment and RTA licensing to daily performance supervision and fleet maintenance. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the UAE delivery landscape and a proven track record of managing rosters of 100+ riders while maintaining strict safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, interview, and hire high-quality riders. Manage the "Visa-to-Road" process, including MOHRE permits and RTA occupational screenings.
  • Training: Conduct rigorous training programs on defensive driving, customer service excellence, and app-based navigation.
  • Performance Supervision: Monitor real-time KPIs (Delivery success rate, speed, and safety). Implement incentive programs to boost productivity and reduce attrition.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance, registration, and insurance of all motorcycles. Ensure 100% fleet availability and minimize downtime.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with UAE Labor Laws and RTA regulations.

Requirements (Must Have)

  • 3+ years of experience specifically managing rider fleets (Last-Mile) in the UAE.
  • Expert knowledge of UAE geography and RTA/MOHRE regulations for delivery riders.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of 100+ personnel.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi is a significant advantage).
  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to analyze scorecards and improve team performance metrics.
