Key Responsibilities

  • Import/Export Operations: Coordinate and oversee import and export operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Communication: Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Shipment Monitoring: Track and report shipment status, resolving any issues that arise during transit.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, documentation, and logistics software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
