Role Summary

The Opportunity

We are looking for a
Project Manager
to be based in
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
. The selected talent will lead a project from the concept stage to the operational handover stage to deliver the project/s to the satisfaction of Clients and Compass Partners, within budget, within the programme, by the brief, and in accordance with authority requirements.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee fit-out and finishing activities for high-end residential and/or mixed-use buildings within a master plan development.
  • Coordinate between design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for all finishing items.
  • Implement and monitor project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, HSE compliance, and adherence to specifications.
  • Lead the procurement process for finishing materials and FF&E, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Manage the snagging and de-snagging process, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present progress and cost reports to senior management.
  • Resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays or rework.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, HSE regulations, and client standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of project delivery and management experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
  • Has proven experience in construction and project delivery.
  • Proven track record in luxury fit-out, high-end residential, or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficient in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Familiarity with construction contracts (FIDIC) and procurement best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
