We are seeking a 
Client Relationship Associate
 to join our growing team in Dubai.

This role acts as the vital link between our clients and the law firm ensuring clear communication, seamless coordination, and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic legal environment.

Role Overview

The Client Relationship Associate serves as a liaison between the law firm and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, exceptional service delivery, and proactive client engagement. This role requires a solid understanding of legal processes, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to anticipate client needs in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients with professionalism and care
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of clients' ongoing matters and communication preferences
  • Coordinate with lawyers and internal teams to ensure all client deliverables are met on time
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and collect feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Track case milestones, deadlines, and documentation in coordination with legal teams
  • Maintain CRM systems (e.g., ) for accurate client and case records
  • Support billing and collections processes in collaboration with the finance team

Business Development Support

  • Assist in client onboarding and ensure KYC/AML compliance
  • Compile and analyze client service metrics and satisfaction reports for management review

Legal Knowledge Application

  • Use understanding of legal terminology and processes to assist in communications
  • Coordinate with lawyers to summarize updates and prepare client reports
  • Review legal documents for completeness and accuracy before sharing externally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience
     in a law firm, corporate legal department, or client service role
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and case management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization, multitasking, and client service abilities
  • Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and attention to detail
