Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include regular communication with clients, addressing their inquiries, providing guidance on immigration and property investment options, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will also encompass actively coordinating with internal teams to streamline client services and contributing to the company's growth through effective relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and account management
  • Knowledge of immigration processes, citizenship programs, and property investment
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and understanding of project coordination
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (additional language skills are an asset)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
  • Experience in real estate or immigration consultancy is a plus
