Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves daily management of client interactions, coordination of administrative tasks, and support for financial and legal documentation and reporting. The Client Relationship Manager will also ensure timely responses to client inquiries and contribute to maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, law firms, and various business partners.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships within the litigation ecosystem.
- Understand client needs, case timelines, and funding requirements to deliver high-quality support.
- Schedule and conduct regular communication touchpoints and progress updates.
Case Coordination
- Assist with onboarding new cases, ensuring documentation completeness (case materials, budgets, legal opinions, KYC, etc.).
- Coordinate between clients, legal team, and various classes of investors.
- Track case progress and ensure clients receive timely updates.
Investors Relationship
- Be the go-to gateway for funders & investors seeking exposure to the Middle East as well as global disputes
- Support in the global Funders and Investors network expansion
- Investor Diversification, Engage with family offices, sovereign funds, and alternative asset managers
· Position Caveat Capital as the structuring consultant who manages the process
Service Excellence
- Respond promptly to client queries, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal teams as well as external legal counsel partners to resolve client needs.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.
Business Growth & Retention
- Develop strong relationships within the legal, investment, and litigation funding industry.
- Support business development through referrals, networking, and client engagement.
- Identify cross-opportunities for additional case funding or portfolio-level funding from law firms and financial institutions.
Digital & Relationship Development
- Keep Caveat Capital top of mind for clients, law firms, funders, and investors
- Develop and maintain LinkedIn Strategy
- CRM & Targeted Outreach
- Media Partnerships
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and current client files, funding documents, case updates, and communication logs.
- Support checks and balances and align interests among various stakeholders as and when required.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Law / Finance / Business / or related field.
- 5 to 8 years' experience in client relationship management, either in a law firm or legal department of a leading bank, or as In-house legal counsel in a big corporation
- Business-oriented mindset and able to contribute to business development strategies
- Strong understanding of litigation processes, case timelines, and legal documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases concurrently.
