Intern - Human Resource

The HR Intern will support the HRBPs to provide administrative support within Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, and Off-boarding formalities.
· Provide day-to-day administrative support across various functional areas
· Assist in maintaining and updating employee records
· Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with the Time and Attendance policy
· Prepare standard drafts of HR related letters and certificates
· Support in organizational chart updates on real time basis and preparation of HR Reports, trackers etc. as required.
· Support vendor coordination for P&P initiatives
· Assist with coordination and prep for monthly performance reviews
· Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
Desired Candidate Profile·Should hold an active sponsored VISA
Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
· Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to teamwork and professional integrity.
