About the Company:

Our client is a large, diversified business headquartered in Sharjah, with a strong presence across multiple sectors. They are now seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the HR function for their Investment arm, overseeing all people-related strategies and operations to support the continued growth of this dynamic business unit.

Role Overview:

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for driving the HR agenda across the investment division, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy while supporting business leaders with strategic and operational HR guidance. The role requires a strong leader with proven experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the division's business objectives and corporate goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational design to ensure the right capabilities are in place to support business growth.
  • Oversee performance management, talent development, and succession planning across the division.
  • Drive initiatives around employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
  • Manage compensation and benefits frameworks in line with market competitiveness and company policies.
  • Advise senior leadership on HR matters, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team supporting the investment division.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in Human Resources
  • Bachelors degree minimum qualification
  • Must be living in the UAE with GCC experience
  • Proficiency in UAE Labor Law
