Job Description

Think Properties Real Estate is seeking experienced and passionate Secondary Property Consultants / Area Experts to join our growing team in Dubai. We are looking for professionals with a strong understanding of the Dubai secondary real estate market and well-developed networks across key communities. As a Secondary Property Consultant and Community Expert, you will play a vital role in advising clients on property sales and purchases, while building long-term relationships within your designated areas. Your market knowledge, community insight, and client-focused approach will be essential in delivering exceptional service and driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation: Advise clients on secondary properties by providing insights on market trends, accurate pricing, and key community features.
  2. Market Research: Track and analyze property values, market trends, and community developments to identify opportunities within Dubai- secondary property market.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, guidance, and support throughout the property buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  4. Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends, property laws, and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate, informed, and professional guidance
  5. Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long term client relationships.
  6. Conduct property viewings, explain investment potential, and guide clients through the buying or selling process.
  7. Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with Dubai property regulations.
  8. Stay updated on real estate laws, RERA regulations, and Dubai property market developments
Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Dubai secondary property sales or area specialization.
  2. Strong network within the community, including property owners, investors, and developers.
  3. UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven ability to generate listings, close deals, and meet sales targets
  6. RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
  7. Strong digital literacy, including CRM systems and property marketing platforms.
  8. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a competitive market.
