We are expanding and seeking a motivated, energetic, and experienced Property Consultant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Update and manage CRM systems with accurate client and property information.

Offer professional advice and market insights to support clients in making informed decisions.

Conduct market analysis, prepare property presentations, and develop proposals.

Handle negotiations, overcome objections, and ensure smooth transaction processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan properties
  • At least with 6 to 1 year of Experience in Real Estate in Dubai
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships effectively
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferer
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
