Urgent Hiring: Sales Account Manager – IT Healthcare Solutions

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role: Trident MEA Technologies is urgently hiring a Sales Account Manager – IT Healthcare Solutions with a strong background in IT Infrastructure and Healthcare Technology sales within the UAE market.

This role is ideal for experienced, results-driven professionals who have established relationships in the healthcare sector and are passionate about driving digital transformation in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong profit margins.
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients in the healthcare sector.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in healthcare IT and infrastructure.
  • Work closely with technology partners and vendors to expand market presence.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Director.
  • Support the development and execution of effective sales and market strategies.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of IT Infrastructure / Healthcare Technology Sales experience with a System Integrator in the UAE (mandatory).
  • Proven client base and strong relationships within the healthcare industry (hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, or medical institutions).
  • Solid understanding of Unified Communications (UC), Contact Center (CC), Audio-Visual (AV), IT Infrastructure, and ELV systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE healthcare business landscape and vendor/reseller management.
  • UAE Driving License (mandatory for client visits).
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset.
