Role Overview

We are seeking a
Sales Account Manager
to join our expanding team in
Dubai, UAE
.

The successful candidate will manage key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote NIL's portfolio of
professional services, managed services, consultancy, and learning & talent development
offerings.

This role requires a results-driven professional with a strong background in ICT sales and a passion for client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and account growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across the GCC region.
  • Promote NIL's full range of ICT and learning service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of projects and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline activities using CRM systems.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and industry engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum
    2 years
    of experience in
    account management or sales
    within the
    ICT sector
    in the
    GCC region
    .
  • Proven track record in selling
    professional services, managed services, consultancy
    , or
    learning and talent development solutions
    .
  • At least 2 years' experience
    in
    IT learning services sales
    .
  • Proficiency in
    CRM platforms
    and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical knowledge in
    networking and ICT
    is an advantage.
  • Fluent in
    Arabic and English
    (spoken and written).
  • Based in
    Dubai
    , and willing to
    travel across the GCC
    (approximately one week per month).
