Role Overview

We are looking for a
Presales & Solutions Expert
to support our rapidly growing
MENA business team
. This is a critical and urgent hire for our UAE operations. The candidate will work closely with sales, product, and client stakeholders to deliver technical solutioning, product demonstrations, proposals, and support deal closures across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients for requirement gathering, discovery sessions, and solution fitment.
  • Build and deliver high-impact
    product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs
    .
  • Prepare
    RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution architecture documents
    , and commercial inputs.
  • Collaborate with the MENA business team to support account growth and deal closures.
  • Work closely with product and implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility & alignment.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, partner discussions, and regional events.
  • Maintain strong understanding of fintech, digital onboarding, KYC, workflows, and automation trends (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant presales / solutioning experience
    in Technology, Fintech, SaaS, AI, or BFSI.
  • Must be currently based in UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai)
    with working knowledge of the local business environment.
  • Strong
    client-facing communication
    , storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into structured technical solutions.
  • Experience creating proposals, SOWs, demos, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle fast-paced client engagements.
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred.
