Role Description
HKW Wealth is seeking a bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish Speaker) for an on-site, full-time position located in Dubai. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, nurturing leads, and managing relationships with HNWIs and UHNIs. Core tasks will include presenting tailored investment opportunities, negotiating agreements, and achieving sales objectives aligned with the company's mission of sustainable wealth management. Additionally, the role requires consistent collaboration with the internal team to refine strategies and ensure an excellent client experience. The candidate will also contribute to market research efforts, with a focus on Spanish-speaking markets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Fluency in Spanish and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Strong understanding of high-net-worth wealth management, real estate investment, and international markets
- Experience in negotiation, closing high-value deals, and preparing tailor-made financial proposals
- Ability to conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and develop client-specific strategies
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools preferred
- Background in finance, business, or a related field; a degree in a relevant area is an asset
- Previous experience in sales roles within the financial, investment, or real estate sectors is highly advantageous
