Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Abu Dhabi. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with new and existing customers, meeting sales targets, and preparing proposals and presentations. You will collaborate with internal teams, provide innovative solutions to clients, and maintain an in-depth understanding of ARG's powered access products and services to meet customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer relationship building and business development.
  • In-depth understanding and expertise in powered access solutions, equipment, and the rental industry in general.
  • Proficient in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently in a results-driven environment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Previous experience in the powered access or construction equipment rental industry is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
