Office Assistant

We are looking for Office Assistant is responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient office environment. This role involves general administrative support, maintaining cleanliness, and managing office supplies/storekeeping, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the company.

​ Responsibilities

  • Daily cleaning of the office and store area.

  • Receiving materials and confirming quantities when delivered.

  • Assisting with small tasks and daily requirements as instructed by management.

  • Keeping office and store items organized and arranged.

  • Supporting staff with basic office-related duties whenever needed.

Requirements:

  • Hardworking and responsible.

  • Able to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

  • Basic communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
