Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing and communication activities to enhance brand visibility, strengthen online presence, and support business growth. This role oversees digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, and PR coordination while working closely with internal teams and external agencies. The Specialist ensures that all digital initiatives align with brand objectives, deliver measurable results, and contribute to effective go-to-market strategies. Strong communication, creativity, and hands-on experience in e-commerce, PR, and digital brand development are essential for success in this position by performing the following duties.

Job Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

o  Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.

o  Manage PR activities, press releases, media engagement, and brand communication initiatives.

o  Lead social media content planning, scheduling, and performance analysis.

o  Oversee end-to-end digital campaigns including SEM, social ads, display, and retargeting.

o  Coordinate with third-party agencies for creative development, media buying, and PR activities.

o  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support GTM strategies.

o  Manage e-commerce content, promotions, and platform optimization.

o  Track digital KPIs—traffic, engagement, leads, conversion and prepare performance reports.

o  Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets and communication channels.

o  Support influencer marketing and partnership initiatives.

o  Handle internal and external stakeholder communication.

o  Optimize SEO and improve organic visibility through content-led initiatives.

o  Plan and execute email marketing and CRM campaigns.

o  Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams on campaign alignment.

o  Monitor trends, innovations, and best practices to enhance digital marketing performance.

Job Requirement:

Educational & Technical Qualifications and Experience

Education

●       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

Experience

● years of digital marketing experience in the UAE (preferred).

●       Proven experience in e-commerce, PR, media communications, and brand development.

●       Strong track record in running digital campaigns and managing social media platforms.

●       Experience coordinating with external agencies, influencers, and media partners.

Skills & Competencies

●       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●       Strong writing and content creation capability.

●       Proficiency in digital tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, CMS platforms.

●       Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRM, and performance tracking.
