GPS Marketing Agency is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with WordPress knowledge (experience in real estate is a must) to join our creative team in Dubai. If you have a passion for building fast, functional, and SEO-optimized websites, and a knack for digital campaigns — we'd love to meet you

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, and conversion rates, delivering measurable ROI.
  • Manage and allocate high ad budgets efficiently to maximize performance.
  • Experience handle Google ads and Meta Ads campaigns for real estate clients.
  • Analyze marketing data, prepare reports, and suggest performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand and campaign messaging.
  • Build and maintain fast, responsive WordPress websites.
  • Perform regular website maintenance and updates on WordPress.
  • Create and design simple, attractive websites using Figma and WordPress.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and web development (ideally in the real estate sector).
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, Figma, and Google & Meta Ads.
  • Experience in designing and launching simple yet efficient websites.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Immediate joiner required.

On-site role – based in our JLT office (no remote option).
