Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes while maintaining strong supplier and internal team relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across all channels.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align supply and demand planning.
  • Implement KPIs and performance tracking for supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management (preferably in the FMCG or beverage sector).
  • Strong understanding of import/export, warehousing, and distribution in the UAE market.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5, AED10,000.00 per month
