Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oil Terminal Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our terminal facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, safe, and compliant storage and transfer of petroleum products, while managing staff, logistics, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee terminal operations including receiving, storage, blending, and dispatch of products.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, government regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead, train, and supervise terminal staff to ensure operational excellence and safety.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product quality, and throughput efficiency.
  • Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and commercial teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance reviews.
  • Manage maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain all required certifications and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in oil terminal, tank farm, or fuel depot management.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE, API, and ISO standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and terminal management systems.
