Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing workflow, managing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations to ensure the smooth execution of company activities.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure alignment on goals, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and project progress to ensure targets are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise operations staff and department heads.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards across all operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and supply chain logistics.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management and participate in strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations or general management role.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
  • Experience with project management and business software (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
