About the Role

We're looking for a motivated
Management Trainee
to support our sales, merchandising, and distribution operations across the GCC and Egypt. This role offers
hands-on exposure
to regional sales cycles, client coordination, trade marketing, market analysis, and in-store execution — ideal for someone looking to build a solid foundation in commercial and distribution functions.

What You'll Do

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Assist in executing sales plans and business development initiatives
  • Conduct basic market research & gather competitor insights
  • Support evaluation of potential retail partners and locations

Client & Partner Coordination

  • Coordinate with retail partners to ensure product availability & brand standards
  • Support communication on orders, stock requirements, and follow-ups

Merchandising & Distribution Assistance

  • Track stock levels and help manage replenishment
  • Assist with merchandising execution in line with brand guidelines
  • Support in-store visibility and promotional setups

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare sales reports and product performance summaries
  • Maintain documentation related to distribution & partner updates

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams
  • Participate in retail staff training to build product knowledge

Field Learning & Exposure

  • Join regional store visits, partner meetings, and market follow-ups

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and coordination abilities
  • Global exposure is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
