Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Dubai, UAE. The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and executing marketing strategies to generate leads, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams, analyze market trends, design effective marketing campaigns, and assess campaign performance. Additional tasks may include overseeing content creation, managing digital marketing efforts, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media management, Wesbsite and email marketing
  • Strategic Planning and Campaign Management experience to design and oversee marketing initiatives
  • Outstanding Communication and Presentation skills for client engagement and internal coordination
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies
  • Experience in using CRM and marketing tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record in a sales and marketing management role, preferably in the digital marketing industry
