We are seeking a Senior Accountant to be based in Dubai, responsible for the full accounting, tax, and reporting activities of our UAE and KSA branches, including the Riyadh branch.

This is a hands-on, operational role suited to candidates with a strong background in the construction sector, used to working across multiple entities and jurisdictions, and comfortable dealing directly with auditors, banks, and tax authorities.

The position reports to Dubai management and HQ and plays a key role in financial control, compliance, and cash flow visibility across the region.

Key Responsibilities

· End-to-end accounting management (GL, AP, AR)

· Monthly and annual closings

· Preparation of financial reports and management accounts for HQ

· UAE VAT filings and compliance

· KSA Zakat & Tax compliance and coordination with advisors

· Payroll processing and supervision

· Cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and bank reconciliations

· Coordination with external auditors and support during audits

· Ensuring compliance with local accounting and regulatory requirements in UAE and KSA

Candidate Profile

Mandatory

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

· Proven experience in KSA accounting and tax (Zakat)

· Background in a construction company

· Strong knowledge of UAE VAT

· SAP Navision knowledge

· High level of English

· Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems

Nice to have

· Arabic language skills

· Spanish language skills

· Experience managing multi-country or multi-entity structures
