About Us:

Julius Homes is a growing holiday home management company focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and seamless property operations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations and ensure compliance with Dubai's holiday home regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations across all Julius Homes properties.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new properties, ensuring all documentation and setup meet DCTM (Dubai Tourism) requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with Dubai Holiday Home regulations and operational standards.
  • Liaise with vendors, cleaners, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure timely task completion.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and property databases.
  • Assist with training and supporting new staff during onboarding.
  • Address operational issues promptly to ensure smooth property performance.
  • Communicate regularly with management to ensure continuity and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Experience in operations, property management, hospitality, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of DCTM procedures, Dubai holiday home compliance, and related regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • PRO knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with property management systems/software is an advantage.
  • Must be based in Dubai and able to support on-site operations when needed.
