Holiday Home Sales & Onboarding Executive – BLVD Holiday Homes (Dubai)

BLVD Holiday Homes is a leading Dubai-based luxury short-term rental management company. We manage a curated portfolio of premium apartments and villas, offering seamless guest experiences and maximizing landlord returns through professional management, pricing, and operations.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and connected Sales & Onboarding Executive with proven experience in the holiday home sector. Apply only if you have experience in the holiday homes sector. Your goal is to bring high-quality, furnished units under our management focusing on premium and luxury properties. You will own the entire sales and onboarding process, from sourcing to signing and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and onboard new premium properties for short-term rental management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and brokers.
  • Pitch BLVD's management services and negotiate agreements confidently.
  • Coordinate onboarding: property inspection, photo scheduling, inventory, and DTCM permit initiation.
  • Ensure smooth handover to the operations team with all required documentation and access details.
  • Maintain a pipeline in CRM and provide weekly reporting on leads and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in holiday home management, luxury real estate, or property leasing.
  • Strong personal network of landlords, brokers, or property investors in Dubai.
  • Understanding of DTCM regulations and short-term rental requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Well-presented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Must be currently based in Dubai and familiar with prime areas (Downtown, Marina, Palm, JBR, JVC, etc.).

Can close deals independently and manage the onboarding process end-to-end

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
